Details:
A commercial lighting control panelalong with a ten button keypad have been installed, allowing the client control over the lights throughout the store. The system provides the client with the ability to choose whatever lighting scenes they should require and control them via the key pad in any combination they see fit.

Details:
Data, telecommunications, and high definition satellite TV were distributed throughout five bedrooms as well as a Media room and guest cottage. In the media room a Home theatre was installed providing both high definition video and sound. A wireless mesh network was installed allowing for seamless wireless coverage throughout the house, pool terrace, gazebos and guest cottage. The residence was also equipped with a wireless lighting control system allowing for scene selection, automatic activation/deactivation, and remote control of all lights.A distributed audio system was also set up, allowing for music to be played in the pool terrace and both of the gazebos (individually or simultaneously) from two different sources at the same time. Finally, a digital telephone system was also installed, allowing for two lines with features such as: intercom between phones, gate intercom and opener, and caller ID (just to name a few).

Honey Potz
Details:
A full home theatre complete with 7.1 surround sound system, a lighting control system and distributed audio were provided for this seven bedroom residence. The system included an AV receiver, High Definition projector, and Blu-Ray player along with a universal touch screen remote that allows for control of all the components as well as the Lighting Control System, that the client may be able to dim his lights while enjoying the experience of his home theatre. The distributed audio system integratesnine zones of music both on the ground and second floor allowing the client to play music from four separate sources throughout any of the nine zones individually or simultaneously.A whole home comprehensive lighting control system was also installed, this system provides functions like vacation mode, which will activate/deactivate specific lights at specific times, even when the client is not at home, giving the impression that the house is occupied. The lighting control also allows for “global scenes” which enables the client to turn on any pre-set light or grouping of lights from any keypad throughout the residence.  Other functions provided include integration with security system, so that lights will turn on when the alarm is activated, remote control of lights, and time clock functions.

Courtyard Marriott
Details:
A commercial lighting control panel was installed allowing the client control over the lights in theground floor common areas, conference areaand exterior courtyard of this hotel. The system allows the client to control individual zones of the conference area so that it can be split into different rooms, with individual light levels, or be used a one large room, whatever the client’s needs be. The system also provides for time clock functions that allow the client to activate/deactivate the lights at pre-set times along with dimming of the lights in selected areas.

Oceans Two
Details:
A networked locking system was installed in this seventy room hotel. The system requires no wiring, as the locks are networked to the front desk via the intelligent proximity key and provide the ability to remotely re-assign/transfer rooms, monitor on-duty personnel, track maintenance tasks, manage back of house doors, and update the point of sales system. In addition to the locking system a comprehensive HVAC energy management system was provided for each room. The system uses door contacts and motion detectors to determine if a room is occupied, if not, the smart thermostat cycles back the HVAC system to a pre-set temperature until the occupant returns.

Gildan Corporate Offices
Details:
A comprehensive security system was provided for this office building including intrusion, CCTV and Access control. The intrusion system consisted of glass break sensors, door contacts and mag-locks, the CCTV consisted of exterior IR fixed cameras as well as interior mini dome cameras and the access control system consisted of mag-locks and proximity card readers. The system is controlled via a central network using Honeywell’s Winpak software, and is setup for remote monitoring by Gildan’s International security provider.
